• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway on its own hosted page. We never see or store your card or bank details
• While the gateway uses secure infrastructure, no online transaction can be guaranteed absolutely secure
• You are responsible for the security of your own payment credentials and devices. We are not liable for unauthorised transactions arising from credentials compromised at your end
• Payment confirmations are generated automatically and may briefly lag the gateway's own record. Where the two differ, the gateway's record is authoritative
• Payments are charged in Indian Rupees. Currency conversion and any foreign transaction fee are applied by your own bank and are outside our control

The Platform relies on and links to services we do not control, including the payment gateway, hosting and database providers, AI model providers and scheduling tools. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S4G Group, its brands, affiliates, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or our Services. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, pandemics, or failure of internet, hosting, model or payment infrastructure.
