- Who you are dealing with. S4G Group, registered in Pune, India. S4G Consultancy, S4G Digital and Alt Way In are its brands. Payments run through the group merchant account, so the name on your statement may be a different brand from the one you engaged
- What we sell. Consulting services and digital products. Nothing physical, nothing shipped
- What is not sold here. Retainers and larger projects are quoted and invoiced directly, never paid for through this site
- What you pay. Always against a written quote, in Indian Rupees, on the payment provider's own page. We never see your card details
- Getting money back. Full refund before delivery or before an engagement starts. After that it depends on what has been delivered, and the refund policy sets it out plainly
- The assistant on this site records your conversation, and its output is AI-generated and may be wrong. Do not put confidential information into it
- Something wrong? Contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge in 24 hours and aim to resolve in 15 days
