Together these form the agreement between you and S4G in respect of the Platform. Where a separate written engagement agreement exists for a piece of work, that agreement prevails over these documents in respect of that work.

Jurisdiction and disputes

Governing jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute resolution process

1. Raise it with us. Contact our Grievance Officer using the details below. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days
2. Good-faith negotiation. Before commencing legal action, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days
3. Formal proceedings, if the above does not resolve the matter, in the courts named above

Consumer rights and protection

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

• Be informed about the quality, quantity, standard and price of what you are buying
• Be protected against unfair or restrictive trade practices
• Seek redress against unfair practices or unscrupulous exploitation
• Consumer education

How this applies to services and digital products

We sell consulting services and digital products. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to return. Your rights on cancellation and refund are set out in full in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is written specifically for services rather than adapted from a goods policy.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, content, methods, frameworks and tooling published on this Platform are the property of S4G Group or its licensors, and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property law. Ownership of material produced during an engagement is governed by the relevant engagement agreement. See the Terms & Conditions.
